Are client documents stored anywhere?
No. Documents are processed in memory and discarded as soon as your finished PDF is returned. There is no document database and no file storage of any kind. Your account record holds your name, email address, and subscription status, and nothing more.
Which documents does Docsy recognize?
HOI docs in the formats agents work with every day, which covers binders, EOIs, RCEs, and invoices. Any text based PDF can be edited line by line. The automatic fill applies to those document types, and more are added as customers ask for them.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Docsy runs in your browser on Chrome or Edge, on either Windows or Mac. You can install it so that it opens in its own window with its own taskbar icon, but it is the same application either way.
Will the edits look edited?
No. Docsy rewrites text inside the document using the original embedded fonts, sizes, and colors. Updated dates, loan numbers, and clauses match the rest of the page because they are set in the same type as everything around them.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing page at any time, and the change takes effect at the end of your current period. There is no phone call and no retention process. Your card is not charged until the 14 day trial ends.
